Inadequate lights or dim wits can be a problem for the elderly and also for those who have week eyes. Bath lights facilitate in more clarity of vision at nights making them valuable when they are switched on with sleepy eyes. They also have value addition of interior décor. Like any other room a bathroom also can be made to look better and blend it with the rest of the rooms in the house.
Bath light fixtures in guest bathrooms and personal bathrooms may differ slightly. Opting for some fancy shaded lamp lighting which is wall mounted on the mirror (this spreads light all over) or a beacon of purposeful bulbs on the basin and shower can are ideal. Since the area is likely to remain moist or wet due to regular use, care should be taken to install bath lights that may not pose electrical wiring problems. Unsafe materials like fancy glass, leather (will gather moss) should be avoided. Opaque glass that covers and shields the bulb and away from the main shower area and basin should be considered while installing the fixture. Some people fancy having bathrooms that can double up as a spa with steam and Jacuzzi. They are ideal for those luxurious baths on weekends-perfect stress busters.
